Grace’s broad scientific expertise in biomarker assessment and genotyping, coupled with an excellent working knowledge of quality systems has allowed her to support large and small pharma clients ensuring their results are robust and reliable. She has supported biomarker and Investigational Use (IUO) diagnostic testing for clinical trials, leading the clinical deployment of a range of tests, including tissue based diagnostics (FISH, IHC) and genotyping, at global testing sites in USA, Europe and Asia.

Grace has extensive project management experience and well-developed communication skills, primarily developed through working for 15 years within the pharmaceutical industry, where she has led the technical implementation of biomarker studies for early through to late-stage studies. This has included test evaluation and validation, laboratory auditing and monitoring, technical transfer, training and troubleshooting.
